Washington, D.C. trial lawyer handling business divorce litigation, senior executive disputes, consumer protection cases, and federal government affairs.
Adrian F. Snead is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. His litigation practice centers on "business divorce" matters — contract disputes, disputes between businesses, and conflicts among partners and owners — alongside senior-level employment disputes for executives and senior business leaders, non-compete claims, and consumer protection litigation under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the D.C. Consumer Protection and Procedures Act. He also brings Section 1983 claims against municipalities, with a particular focus on the District of Columbia, and serves as outside general counsel to selected business clients. On the regulatory side, Adrian leads government affairs work with a focus on federal appropriations. He brings over a decade of experience across all three branches of the federal government, prior service as Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services, and prior roles as counsel and foreign policy advisor to U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley and judicial law clerk to the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Hourly and alternative fee arrangements available; engagement terms set through Porter Wright's standard intake and conflicts process.
